Leak Detection

Protecting Buildings and Machinery from Water Damage

Basic Overview

Detecting fluid leaks in industrial and commercial settings is crucial for various reasons, including environmental impacts, safety concerns, resource conservation and operational efficiency.

Investing in robust leak detection technologies and protocols is essential for mitigating risks, protecting assets, and fostering sustainable business practices.

Sink Leakage

Sensors and Hardware

Our conductive liquid leak detection sensors are supplied with either probe, membrane or rope-type detectors. Probe-type detectors are perfect if leaks only need to be detected at a specific location, while rope-type detectors can be placed over a large area such as under floorboards or along pipework.

Membrane sensors can be placed under equipment like fridges, freezers and boilers.

The devices are built for harsh environments, with dust/water resistant UV-stable IP67 enclosures, boasting a battery life of up to 10 years. The detectors also have built-in temperature and humidity sensors.

Our
Software

The device can send messages over LoRaWAN to The Go Monitor Cloud Platform, which can alert users via email or SMS.

Data from the in-built temperature and humidity sensors can also be displayed on your dashboard or combined with your other data streams within the Go Monitor Cloud solution.

Go Monitor can help build solutions to utilise these sensors into local control systems or BMS (building management) solutions.
